LUCKYGIRL SPRING POP UP
VENDOR APPLICATION
We are elated to announce we will be hosting our annual SPRING POP UP on FRIDAY, MAY 6th.
As always, we are very happy to return to the Exchange District and doubly happy to be partnering once again with the fine folks at the Concert Hall! The Spring POP UP will coincide with First Fridays in the Exchange, and just in time for Mother’s Day!
We will host a variety of local makers for this market experience at the beautiful & spacious Manitoba Centennial Concert Hall (MCCH). With the days growing longer (sun sets at 9pm!) & the weather warmer, we imagine this spring event as one that welcomes the citizens of this city out into the Exchange district to shop local goods, imbibe at the lobby bar and gather together at the iconic Centennial Concert Hall.
WHAT: Spring POP UP Shop ~ We will be curating a selection of vendors for spring with approximately 65 spots available, they will be set up in the main lobby, first level & piano noble only. Please note: this will be a smaller more intimate event then the holiday Pop Up.
WHEN: Friday, May 6th from 4pm to 9pm
WHERE: Manitoba Centennial Concert Hall (This will be a ticketed event sold by the MCCH)
BOOTH OPTIONS
10X10 Primo Booth Space $300 (These will be located in the highly visual main lobby or piano noble area and are ideal for larger set-ups that have more of a ‘mini store’ feel. Please note there are a limited number of these spots available. These spots are shareable for and additional share fee of $50.)
8x6 Booth Space $200 (These spots are placed side-by-side to create a community vibe, so you will be right next to other markers/artisans. Ideal for Sellers with a more open display utilizing tables/shelves/racks… positioned in a way that is open to the whole space and encourages a nice flow for shoppers to easily move through and shop! These spots are not ideal for displays with side walls that box in the booth or any structures that protrude, blocking traffic. Back wall displays that you stand in front of is totally cool! These spots are shareable for and additional share fee of $50.)
*These prices are excluding tax, GST will be added to all booth fees.
SHARED BOOTHS
Each business is required to apply individually so that each brand can be listed and promoted. We do not match booth partners you will need to know who you plan to share with before applying. There is a $50 booth share fee that covers the extra work involved in administration and promotion.
VENDOR ACCEPTANCE
We aim to curate each Pop Up seasonally to feature a diverse experience of independent makers, artisans, collectors and emerging brands that offer well-designed and well-made goods. There is often more demand than we have room for, so please understand that we cannot accept everyone. For this reason previous sellers are not guaranteed a spot and do not automatically get accepted. We do our best to rotate in a good mix of previous and new applicants. If you do not get accepted this time around, we encourage you to please apply again when it suits you best!
IMPORTANT DATES:
Application opens: March 8
Application closes: March 14
Notification of vendor application: March 18
Vendor fees due: March 22
Load-In & Set-Up: Beginning 1pm March 6 (Load-in times will be staggered to allow for vehicle unloading and spacing between vendor arrivals. The same practice will apply to load-out.)
POP UP: May 6th 4pm -9pm

*** If you are in a position where the fee isn’t financially feasible for you at this point in time, please contact us (info@luckygirl.ca) as we can offer options and programs to help include & subsidize you financially, (subject to application acceptance).
*** Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel you will receive a 50% refund up to 14 days before the pop up, any cancellations within two weeks of the pop are non-refundable.
We will be following Covid protocols in accordance with the Manitoba Government’s rules & regulations as per the MCCH status & directives.
