VENDOR FORM SUBMISSIONS
Please fill out the VENDOR SET UP form and submit to us ASAP! This helps us fit the puzzle together nicely so we appreciate having this info. If you are not exactly sure how you will be setting up yet, don’t worry! A general idea is fine for now please fill out what you can now, we might ask for more details later.

FYI: You must supply your complete set up. It must all be freestanding, the Concert Hall does not allow anything touching the walls. All pieces must be able to fit through the front doors, there is no freight door available for oversized pieces.
